Our Beef Wellingtons are made using 28 Day Dry Aged Beef Fillet, encased in puff pastry, with a homemade chicken liver parfait and mushroom duxelle, encased in a crisp, homemade puff pastry.
 
Each wellington serves 4 - 6 people and comes freshly prepared with cooking instructions and is ready to bake in your oven.
